>Germany is the 3rd strongest economy in the world, and 1st export nation in the world

I'd sooner learn French or Italian than g*rman

Their poetry and literature sucks in comparison to glorious france

This map is bullshit. Far from 50% Danes can hold a substantial conversation in German. It's closer to 10%.

Because I speak Portuguese

>had a german school for 6 years
>can't even form simple sentences
>the teacher had us learn poems about german grammar rules

>Their poetry and literature sucks in comparison to glorious france

true, but literature and poetry is for fags mane

settle down there little schleswig

>the teacher had us learn poems about german grammar rules

that sounds boring as shit, sorry to hear that lad, but hey try learning german again, I reccomend starting off with a text book like a normal person.

Dont you want to be smarter little pepe? German's complex grammar will literally make your under sized brain grow more.

I would say one of the dissapointing things about German is the lack of good movies. every german knows their film industry is shit compared to Denmark or france

Teachers forced Russian on us in my school for 5 years straight without any say in the matter. Shitsux. What am I going to do when I know Russian? I sure ain't going to Russia or anywhere where they speak Russian any time soon.
Really wish I'd the chance to learn German in school instead, now that's a useful language with real-world uses - it opens up all sorts of well-paid jobs and possibilities.
Been learning bit by bit of German here and there, but I'm honestly not sure how well it'd go. Cases are a tad tough.

You speak slavic language lad, German should be easier than an english speaking american like myself to learn. Keep trying and dont give up, all the german speaking countries are based and will offer you many opportunities.

I know basic German just from sheer curiosity and it was natural
I reckon it would be easy to learn fully, I just can't really into sounds like warum

>danon informs the American of reality
>stfu faggot
Why are Americans so horrible?

t. Turk posing as Greek pretending to be German behind a US proxy

>Why haven't you learn

maybe you should learn your own native language first.

because english the is the lingua franca

Most of the population have had German in school which is probably what the map tells. The older generations are still good at it so it would only be the people under 40 where only 10% can speak German.

Im assuming you have a hard time with the gutteral R? that's ok because austrians and some south germans speak with the rolled R.

It's just banter la

>pizza nigger jelous his language is the most useless out of all the western european languages
I think you need to learn English grammar first chimp boy

I did.

portugal/spain less 5%
its probably 1%

what level are you at?

probably lad, what languages do people learn in portugal?

German was forced to learn unlike Russian, it was kinda difficult for me at 5th grade honestly and 8 to 11.
I have no plans to work in Germany now but idk about studying.

honestly i'd rather change places with you, being fluent in Russian could give me some free land.

Cool, maybe just visit German speaking countries for fun lad

What's wrong with my sentence exactly?
Tell me.

in schools the second language is english, everyone has to know it. you start at the age of 10 and it ends at high school
the third language depends. from the age of 12-14, you have to learn a third language. You can choose between spanish, french and german, but its mostly dependent on the offer from the school. Majority of schools teach french(my case) and spanish (easier), and even if someone teaches german its just something superficial. I dont remember anything from french.

waiting on you burger.

My high school didn't fucking have it, but at least we had 11 goddamn Spanish classes.

I took Arabic

I've been thinking about visiting Saxony but most german cities are boring, Austria is mini Serbia and Switzerland is what i always thought germany would be (exl. jewish).

There was the same thing with learning english in my former school.
I was getting it for 6 years. Final result was i could say "Hello, my name is Vasya, London is the capital of Great Britain". And i even didnt know why i use "of" in tnat sentence.

Are they full of Mexican immigrants who join Spanish classes so they don't have to learn anything?

This. Older generations are better at German I think. Nowadays it's all about English.

yes
t.CHI

I thought russian, chinese, japanese and korean were harder for a westerner. Anything that has different letters its harder I suppose

I did and as a burger. Well, did around a B1 level anyway

>have to talk with germs

I learned german from watching cartoons as a kid.
