Insofar as BTC *is* concerned, however, I agree with you - buying here is pants on head retarded. We're about to confirm a textbook double top, which should send prices down another $1k, easily.

No need to use text-book technical analysis here, just use your head. We will eventually rally to 10k, again, but look at where the strong supports are (get the average numeral value) then add 8-12% to it. There is your buy zone.

Or an easier yet less reliable method, buy once the RSI hits 29 on the daily chart, and 26 on the 12 hour.

Honestly, I trade maybe 8 times a year, I snatch up cheap shit and re-sell it 14-17 days later (no longer).
