silly question user but yes hence why OP is asking for gems with low market cap. Usually a high market cap means that a 2x increase requires much more money in demand than for a coin with a small market cap

I would say, above 75% of crypto affiliated people. Wont go further into detail.

Basically, this list shows you one key factor:

low ratio of Circ vs. total Supply.
Means the "creators" of the coin have a lot of it and will slowly inflate the market with those coins. (market cap will rise and rise but the actually value of the coin stays the same).

So you want to aim for high ratio in supply. User/Cap can be an indicator but its secondary.

But this list is only a small and short guide. you should still research your investment.

another good indicator would be, if the Developer ERC20 Tokens are locked until a specific time (for example 1 year). like this you can be sure, they will work very hard for the price to increase.

ORI have 5.3m total supply and 4.1m circ supply. The devs locked the their tokens until april/2019.

also its hard to track for a manual sheet like this.

in general, 10% or higher (volume to cap) is a very good sign.

but even if volume is 1%, it can still be a gem.
