Jow Forums hates BAT, which is actually a good thing.

Every BAT thread has a few people FUDing, a few completely misunderstanding the token, and a few shilling it (like me). I enjoy the threads because I think the project is incredible and has tons of promise. Also it’s very clear the team behind it is competent, hard working, and believes in what they’re doing, which is exciting. There’s not that much hype behind it yet. The marketing side of Brave/BAT is still relatively small because the project’s in its infancy.

People on Jow Forums need shiny things dangled in front of them - either that or huge moons. That’s why it’s best to sit back and let the project grow. It will inevitably hit at least $1 and then who knows. Once the advertising/earn BAT part of Brave comes out, the project will really bloom. Going to be lots of hype.

Yea but this ain't BAT. Brendan even told me that Brave and the ICO investors have received ZERO subpoenas.

Also, consider that Brave is the only Apple Store approved ICO product.

BAT is a pure utility token though. This quote refers to fake utility tokens like REQ that provide no actual utility to holders whatsoever. That coin's entire purpose is to get burned which is supposed to give value to holders somehow
