Europe is a peninsula of Asia.
Oliver Edwards
the parts in europe /close to europe are european
the east is kurdish and more part of the iranic world
Jonathan Bailey
this. TURKS are BLACK BULLS
Caleb Robinson
europe ends at the bosphorus
geographically it's mostly in asia
culturally is more subjective but i am inclined to say asian because they are a lot like the rest of the middle east and just a little bit european
Jace Brown
>of Asia
of Euroasia
fixed
Colton Collins
Yeah but Istanbul is not in Asia Minor, Turkey has more land than Asia Minor
John Bell
West Turley is european
East Turkey is Arab
Jace Russell
The lands that the Turks temporarily have are OG Asian.
It's like the definition of Asia.
Isaiah Russell
like I said, continents are a social construct
Dylan King
asia, why cant japs into history?
Jonathan Adams
The most common component in Turks is the "west asia" component. Which is also the most common in Kurds, Iranians, the peoples of the Caucasus and to a lesser extent Levantines, Iraqis, Tajiks, Baluchis and Pashtuns.
Only the Turks of west Turkey (from Istanbul and the Aegean sea) Have more of the "Greek" component than the "west asia" component.
So there you have it. Turks are mostly a mix of "west asians" and "Greeks", with some significant central asian and Balkan admixture.

>Forgetting the Arabian peninsula
>Forgetting the Indian peninsula
>Forgetting the Scandinavian peninsula
Of IndoAraboEuroScandinAsia*
Fixed.
Ayden Thompson
>Arabian peninsula
>Indian peninsula
Just Asia.
>Scandinavian peninsula
Just Europe.
Jackson Harris
Autism
It is so illogical to call Europe a continent. When it is a peninsula of Asia. By this autistic logic I could claim India or Arabia are their own separate continents. As Europe Arabia and India are the largest peninsulas in the world. But just lol at unironically calling them continents!
For me everything that is part of the mainland beyond the line in pic related is in the European peninsula. So Scandinavia and Britain are not in Europe to me. Nor are the Mediterranean islands. This is what makes sense geographically.
Andrew Brooks
>to call Europe a continent
It isn't continent, it's just part of Euroasia.
Ethan Clark
I think that Turks consider themselves as Europeans judging by their comments
Brody Garcia
It's literally 56%: The Country.

Turkey is AFRIKA (minor)
Dominic Flores
It is part of Asia. No need for the Eurasia autism.
t. IndoAraboEuroScandinAsian.
Also how many anime girls do you have with both of their hands in that position you dumb weeaboo.
A Peninsula is surrounded by bodies of water on all sides except one. Like Europe is. And Europe, the largest peninsula on earth, has a dozen of large peninsulas coming out of it. But at the end of the day it is still just a peninsula of Asia.
t. a native of the largest peninsula in the world after Europe
Ayden Gutierrez
anatolians are basically half and half
Angel Miller
>Eurasia autism
Connor Taylor
No Turks appear. Are they busy changing Turkish lira to Dollar?
Isaiah King
Why are western Turks so qt. It's like the perfect mix of brown and white. They have the facial hair of an arab but the grooming of a euro. Nice nose, not too pointed. Deep blue eyes and brown hair.
Jaxson Wright
>When it is a peninsula of Asia.
ppsss.. try with "Subcontinent"..

The term Europe ,Asia and Africa are all political terms, based on how Greeks and Romans viewed the world.
It has no basis in nature and frankly shouldn't have to.
Turkey is Asia. That's just how it is.

The piece that borders Bulgaria and Greece is in Europe. The rest on the other side from Istanbul is in Asia. I don't see the difficulty here.

We are related to this place son, turks are a mixture of some weird euroasian things that come from fucking asian-russia Turkey was historically an european nation until the conquest of the Ottomans of that place, they don't have relation with that place
Anthony Reyes
Umm, sorry to break it to you but pre-Turkish Anatolia was no more "European" than Armenia or Syria.
Easton Jackson
You are also related to Africa. Moors blacked you.
Dominic Garcia
Read what i said, i said that they aren't europeans but the place today called turkey is historically european
Jace Nelson
