Yeah but the non-Russian Estonians are more different and have their own identity, and they're the ones actually acheiving things and would probably be better off without Russians in their land. In Latvia, on the other hand, the ethnic Russians are the ones running the place and the Latvians let us cleanse their culture. When I was there I thought at first that it was cool that I could speak Russian to anyone, then I felt kinda sad because it meant their culture had suffered a lot during communism and is dying out :(
