Take phenibut once every other week and watch your anxiety disappear.
Don't take it more than weekly max so you don't get dependant on it, it's a benzo and can produce nasty withdrawals if you take it more than weekly but works wonders if you respect it and don't overdo it.

It's much easier to be social while on it and if you socialize more often the anxiety will go away slowly. It doesn't happen overnight but it worked for me.

When is this ever not the case? Even if self employed, you still have to rely on a deal with other people.
bet people they will go to more parties or get more laid than you is really the only way I can think of shorting something as abstract as that. Like think of some contract which is precipitated on you maintaining the status quo but others will still want to invest in.
Seriously you shouldn't be trying to short it, you should be trying to fix yourself, you will never be un-autistic and socializing will always be awkward but you can at least be okay at it, you can at least minimize the harm it causes you.

Even if you have a job. As long as you work that job because you want to, i.e. you make good money or you have privileges, you are self actualizing.
Self actualization means, to do what you want, not what is expected or what is right.
You are dependent on the sun, however you are exploiting the sun and not the other way around.
Depression is a natural way to motivate the "unit" to seek better. If things are really bad then the amount of risk acceptable is infinite.
It is rational to feel bad when your life, this and the potential for new one is dependent on terrible creatures and you need to serve.
In the case of OP, OP does not have a way to ensure his survival. That paralyzes him, because if he loses even the little he has, he has nothing.
This is common is young minds. It not just. OP has to find a way to make it, or he will lose himself.
Anxiety is not the problem with autism. It's the part where you subconsciously give off "wrong" cues with your body language and speech that set people off. All the drugs do is make you disregard the fact that you're making people around you uncomfortable.
"One's biggest fear is a man with nothing to lose". Depression is indeed a very powerful motivator for some, for others it can lead to a downward spiral where at the end you either kill yourself or go 100%
First: start appreciating yourself, you're unique and a product of love.
Second: practice. Do a social faceplant and learn from it.
Third: believe in yourself and keep on being yourself. Nobody can imitate you.
