That's a vast oversimplification and while assistant suicide is legal in Switzerland, it isn't possible for anyone to approach a doctor as ask to become an hero.

Change doesn't happen overnight, if you find internet addiction and an unsatisfying reality that you constantly try to escape to be a problem of yours you need to confront them until you overcome it, two months is a pretty short timespan and you're probably aware of the healthy activities that you could spend your time on instead
