Has anyone attended a language school in Japan? I've tried the self-study thing off and on for about a year or so and have only gotten to around N4ish. I'm too lazy to get things done with willpower alone and need some sort of structure.
Is it worth the $30-40k to take an intense 2-year program to fluency?

Not worth it, but most Uni degrees are also not worth it. If you can spend mommy's money or something, go for it. At least these programs are efficient, unlike courses you find outside of Japan.

The reason of the price is nothing but that students of those schools could get permission to get temporary jobs here when they attain student VISA, reportedly.
Where can I find a deck with cards with sounds in?
I mean, i'm studying german in Anki too and I've a deck with phrases and in front of the flashcard we have the audio and in the back, the phrase that audio recites. Is there a similar deck in japanese? This is hell convenient in the practice of listening and reading, I like to do some kind of shadowing with that.
