Hit the gym keeps your mind off things and you get fit. Also look into getting a punching bag or taking boxing classes or something related. Punching shit and doing it right helps release emotions

I agree. Spend more time outdoors op, hikes etc. If you are able to nearby, go for a walk and colllect and make a fire with a fireateel. Bushcraft is the most relaxing thing I've ever experienced. Whenever I'm stressed, I go for a walk in the woods, widdle some sticks, make a fire and become relaxed af. Seriously clears your mind.
Do deep breathing exercises, they make you euphoric. Do daily especially in the morning
