I suppose there is no harm in being cautious if you want but honestly, as long as the temperature is the same its just fine

temperature whilst still important is the least important factor to acclemate, if you don't drip them too the right gh/kh you will shock their exoskeletons and if they are going into too high gh/kh the exoskeleton will become too thick for them to break out off and if it is too low the exoskelleton will become to soft and rubbery for them to break out of
