I work with mental health records and deal a lot with social security. Frankly the majority of these so called mentally ill are literally dumb asses who can't use their brain to know they are behaving stupid eg taking drugs or hurting other people physically/mentally/sexually but claiming mental illness when really the majority of them are fucking degenarate scumbags. Since most of these are just thugs likely trying to get out of jail sentences it should be really easy.

They (mental health facilities) seem to have an odd obsession with giving people an injection that reduces "craziness" or something.

Also I have insider info on what can help increase your odds of succesfully receiving social security disability.

If you're in the US you can get on disability for anxiety, which is way easier to fake because it can just be episodic
