I am trying to pick another project to put my money into other then chainlink. I think in the next couple of years we're going to see 99% of shitcoin projects die. I want to find what has the best chance of surviving other than the top 5.
Projects I was considering:
>ACT
>KNC
>ZRX
>NULS
>ZEN
Linkies, other projects?
Other urls found in this thread:
strawpoll.me
medium.com
mobius.network
youtube.com
twitter.com
Can't comment on the others but ZRX is one of the few guaranteed to survive into the future. I'm all in on link though
I have only 4 projects atm that I think could be groundbreaking and they are:
1. ChainLINK
2. SingularityNET
3. Jibrel Network
4. Skycoin
These are potentials 100x or even 1000x like Ethereum did, they bring real innovation while many projects simply bring novelty.
I am all in on link as well, I don't want to sell any of what I have but I'd like to go in on another project just in case. I can put about $500 every two weeks into crypto so I figured I'd split that between buying more link and something else. I'll add ZRX to my research queue.
Yeah I’m an all in linky atm, but zrx far outshines the other crap you posted
I was looking into Jibrel Network too, haven't done enough research to make a decision yet. Looks promising though.
Tbh those are just my shitcoin flavors of the week I've been looking into. specifically though why do you think KNC is shit?
I urge you to consider a solid and safe pick like ZRX. The thing is, it's undervalued even now. This is one of the few coins likely to get listed on GDAX/coinbase as soon as the regulatory environment is a bit clearer. I'm expecting their first erc20 tokens to be added q3 this year, after that it's over. a coinbase listing would 10x this easily with the new normie exposure. Normies LOVE cheap coins
Which will be the next coin to be listed on Coinbase?
Question for you. SingularityNET is a really cool project, but it seems like something that wouldn't need a token? Whats your thoughts on the token economics?
Its likely what I will put money into next. I'm really kicking myself for not buying it was $.30
GRS & QSP
XLM compliments Link well
Success cases aren't linked
Both have top tier talent and 99% of investor class don't understand endgame
Havent done a lot of research on GRS, isn't segwit and lightening a bad thing? Doesn't that defeat the point of a crypto currency? Not trolling genuinely interested in opinions on that. QSP is a cool project but its another case where I'm not sure if the token is needed, again I need to do more research on this one.
What's the point of 0x? Is it basically like EtherDelta?
I know, the token economics will be similar to ChainLINK, node operators will have a reputation system and people will be able to stake their tokens in ai agents and receive a small portion of the transactions done through that agent in the form of token. Agents will be able to be paid in AGI token but probably in other forms of currency down the road (or maybe not, right now it's not what's planned anyway but the team is open to change), there is much more to this though, they have a decent Medium article detailing the use cases of the token you should take a look. The token economics seem pretty decent to be honest.
I'm 100% Link too. Personally, I don't see a need to diversity, but if I were to, I'd use the following methodology for finding great projects:
1)Don't invest in any currencies outside of the top 10, with the exception of XMR. Even then, be careful because regulations may affect privacy coins
2) Don't invest in smart contract platforms outside of the Ethereum, maybe the top 2
3) Avoid all hype coins
4) Avoid coins that will be made obsolete by other coins (i.e. Wanchain and Aeternity will essentially be made obsolete by ChainLink)
5) Make sure the team and whitepaper are solid
That should eliminate 90% of projects. The secret is to find new projects, not clones doing things slightly better than an older project
Ah I see that makes sense, got a link to that medium article?
Also anyone ITT actually worried about mobius? I havent researched it because it looks like shit but when talking to my boss about oracles ( I work in IT) He said he'd only heard of mobius. Kinda crazy considering it looks like they plagiarized half the whitepaper
go all in on link. sell some in december/january, tether up, then look into diversifying in march.
medium.com
Here you go user, I haven't done research about Mobius either
>I'm 100% Link too. Personally, I don't see a need to diversity
Cheers thanks, I was thinking about doing some deep diving into mobius and then making a comparison thread.
>I am trying to pick another project to put my money into other then
stopped reading there
*Than my bad, faggot.
I'm 100% LINK. I made the mistake of diversifying a small % into a riskier microcap. I lost like 40k.
The trick is not to buy riskier shitcoins. Instead diversify into strong assets like BTC or ETH. ZRX is the best pick out of your list of shitcoins
Thanks user, thats a good idea.
That'd be interesting, I'd read it
I'm currently holding:
15K Linkies
200 GVT
1 ETH
.1 BTC
trying to get up to 5 ETH & 1 BTC before the bull run. Roast me
I'm holding LINK, VEN and AMB. LINK is definetely the safest hold since outside of biz nobody has heard of it or even if they have, they don't understand it. The 0 marketing has to mean that the team already has done their marketing/networking and there is a lot of info that supports that info. At mainnet we will see how much the network is used, which will likely be above expectations.
VeChain will likely have a lot of usage on the network as well unless they are completely lying about every partnership and convinced DNV GL to shill as well. The BMW thing was a bit complicated, but if you look into it you'll see it's just fud.
Lastly Ambrosus. The team seems to be excperienced and overall the potential partners seems to favor the risk/return thing. Again unless Versetti and the team are completely lying which I doubt.
Jibrel has multi-trillion dollar potential. I switch between shilling and fudding this coin because I'm pretty confident in it, but the team has made some pretty poor decisions lately. They claimed to be in talks with 18 central banks, and this was dismissed as a lie until the Jordan story came out. There's still a lot of mystery surrounding what Jbonds will actually do and the expanding scope of the project, but I"d definitely recommend having a position in this shit just in case.
thanks user I'll look into JNT more for sure.
I'll see if I can do the research this weekend and make a thread.
I agree with this user. I currently have 75% of my folio in Link and the remaining 25% in JNT. I'll likely add some AGI around late june before the beta release.
Is the mobius website broken as fuck for anyone else?
mobius.network
this
Lately I've been wishing I had more Link because I'm 75% in JNT. I got in way early in dollar cost averaged throughout. I think if both projects managed their to acheive the best possible scenarios LINK will be worth more.
But then again I think LINK will only start to get really valuable after mainnet, whereas Jibrel could 10x very easily at any time should someone make normies aware of what it's trying to do, probably much moreso than Link.
Unironically BBN, you won't see a big data project backed by a chinese government die.
I'm on page 13 of the mobius white paper and so far I've counted two spelling errors and there hasnt been any real talk of mobius, just blockchain buzzwords and a lot of bs about their dapp store
When do you guys plan on making a position on REQ then?
I'm in dadi due to token economics, 50-100 mill coin supplies always reach dollar increments, that's 5x right there. also masternodes/incentivized holding creates scarcity. only prob is muh whitepaper that should disappear once mainnet comes
kek
Burn ACT in a dumpster. (No technical advantages to NEO/hpb/eth/eos imo) Others look promising.
My mini cap is crypt. Estonia is the first country with digital citizenship, it is where Skype was invented, I think crypto will be adopted there for payments rapidly. Also holding a bit of HPB.
So far it seems like they are the exact same thing except Mobius is not blockchain agnostic.
MY FUCKING SIDES LISTEN TO THEIR RESPONSE WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE PURPOSE OF THE MOBI TOKEN
youtube.com
I don't know if it's worth mentioning REN. The project seems solid and interesting enough. They are on track to become the first decentralised dark pool but whether they will survive or not, we will see by the end of year.
>At mainnet we will see how much the network is used
i have a feeling, the real usage will start with the POS scaling of ethereum. patience!
