I have been accumulating since before sibos and I still don‘t feel like I have enough chainlink tokens.
I have money in other coins but I gradually sell them for a profit to buy more chainlink.

Depends on your timeline. $50 EOY would be the minimum we'll see so 4000 if you're aiming to sell everything by then. We'll see $1000 LINK by 2020 at the latest though so if you hold out for that as few as 200 will do it for you.

Ya it is. I know what it'll likely become worth in 3-5 years, but no idea when the market will value it at that.

I'm just going based on time: I'll cash out some in ~4 years when my mortgage term is up for renewal. Locked down them cheap af rates and then if all goes well I'll kill my debts in one fell swoop. Realistically if I pull out any money before that I'd pay penalties on the early mortgage payment so fuck it, makes for easy iron hands.

Monday is the start of Consensus, and Hyperledger's first demo is either the first integration with Chainlink by a company who handles integration contracts for big finance companies.... or its a separate thing that's exactly like Chainlink and Chainlink dies on Monday. Its shroedinger's token at the moment, both dead and alive until we know what's up with IntellectEU's Catalyst.

So as an optimist, my bet is Catalyst is built on Chainlink (look at IntellectEU's homepage at their partners), and we see the start of a rocket Monday.

The following spike is based on potential rumors that Salesforce has something cooked up with Chainlink hat we'll see next week. The two back to back could be crazy to watch play out in the charts with order books as thin as LINK keeps.

Also, any time the Catalyst/Consensus angle gets brought up the thread gets hijacked with people talking about gold. If this thread becomes a rabid gold thread, illuminati confirmed.

Your call user. I'm personally suspect about EOS even though I'll probably wanna neck myself seeing its price in a few years. If you've DYOR and think its a better buy then you can always reweight to catch a spike.

LINK's rocket will be 100% dependent on partnership announcements, and the way SmartContract handles PR puts that entirely in the hands of the partners so its a crap shoot trying to guess when it'll actually pop. My hunch is it'll see some strong price action during Consensus, but that's also largely confirmation bias and trying to find a way to rationalize how Catalyst isn't a Chainlink killer. I think its basically a coin toss whether its built on Chainlink or its own completely separate solution.

if nothing happens next week - just sell :D

You shouldn't. As always you should DYOR and try to determine what the signs point to. I've merely laid out that IntellectEU Catalyst is describing Chainlink to such a degree that it either IS Chainlink (or a toolkit/integration suite built on top of it more precisely), or given that its being presented from the Hyperledger booth, its the Chainlink killer.

Its up to you where you want to place your bets, but Monday is going to be significant either way IMO.
