it's the other way around. sociopaths derive a lot of pleasure from harming other people, not helping them. yes they don't have normal emotional responses you'd expect like being happy when helping someone, being kind etc. but that doesn't mean they're emotionless. sociopathy doesn't equal lack of emotion, even though thats what people try to pass it off as.

were you diagnosed by it from an actual psychologist or did you self diagnose? it sounds to me you have depression more than sociopathy. depressed people are the ones who feel tired all the time and dont care about anything, not sociopaths.

yet another meme, you don't need to be diagnosed if to know that you are a sociopath if you have an IQ above 100 and if you aren't an edgy white teenager. i KNOW that i have a lack of empathy and a broken moral compass lmao, my family has gotten first hand experience. i literally had to train myself throughout my teenage years to convincingly fake being sad. i nearly got into trouble once when i was 9 because i was the only guy with a completely monotone expression on his face when my benchmate fell unconscious in the middle of a period.
i don't have depression, i actually do care about things like my career and fitness.
