In real life I met some nice tourists of yours. Good drinkers and seemed to go nuts for our coffee. Some others were a bit distant but Incan hardly blame them. Your countries seem perfect, but you have naive immigration policies almost designed to stir up resentment. On this board you seem to hate each other more than anyone else, so the autism balances out. Finland is best poster though.

You're pasty and annoying. But it's not all bad. The flag is a big plus.

Tbh I don't think about you

>In real life I met some nice tourists of yours. Good drinkers and seemed to go nuts for our coffee.
It's good that you met good nordic tourists, because it can get pretty bad when we tourist to countries like Spain. We're not worse than the anglo tourists though (nothing is), so.
>Your countries seem perfect, but you have naive immigration policies almost designed to stir up resentment.
Pretty much. And people wonder why the right wing populism is rising, lol.
> On this board you seem to hate each other more than anyone else, so the autism balances out. Finland is best poster though.
There are some genuine quarrels but mostly we manage to keep it to memeing about our past instead of fighting over it.

Overall you guys seem to really be on the ball. Hope you enjoy yourself today, you hear?

>like
social welfare of your governments. i get so frustrated when i look at america and see our society basically encouraging homelessness and poverty in many aspects.
also the quality of your education seems top tier.
>dislike
posters seem to lack perspective sometimes and speak from a naive and arrogant place here on Jow Forums. that can be said about many other european countries though. many of your views of america are formed from bantz and popular culture and many posters take meme for fact lol
also finland can often be cruel for no reason

> like
Bjorndalen; calm, educated and English proficient people; the nature is very close to Russian one; nice place to live a quiet and peaceful live.
> dislike
the cost of living; even Oslo seems boring to live; sometimes people are way too calm

Ole Einar Bjorndalen you mean? The retired biathlete? Yeah, he's a legend.
>the cost of living
Yup. It's insane here even compared to Denmark and Sweden.
>sometimes people are way too calm
I know what you mean. I've gotten used to it though, can't imagine living in e.g. rome or napoli lol.

How does the American system encourage homelessness?

COCKS..

finland is the only admirable country within that national sphere

based and cockpilled
top o' the mornin

currently here in California, our minimum wage is not enough to support someone living independently. this along with crazy income and credit score requirements for renting forces many people to sublet, which is much more risky and unstable than conventional leasing.
personally i lived in a house where i had to leave during the day for a whole week because the landlord was doing repairs and he couldnt know i was living in one of the rooms. you also have no protection if its decided that you are to be kicked out.

if you are an unskilled worker here, you are essentially getting left behind and fucked. luckily im well into my uni education but for some people its only going to get worse as rent rises and housing gets more competitive.

What I associate Nordics with most is an unwarranted sense of moral smugness they're eager to express regarding issues they've not faced. When I met Nordics on exchange at my uni, I found myself increasingly fortifying myself internally for some cringe.

But Australia is nordic, Bruce.

>In real life
Nothing. Don't really think about the Nordic countries. They sound nice enough, but it's far too cold for me to want to visit them.
>on this board
Lots of arrogant posters. I like the Finnish newsposter, though.

>Lots of arrogant posters
I see lots of people say this, I'll be mindful of myself the next time I post in a non-nordic thread.

Very cocky posters but I also feel like they have the right to be. They all seem like near-perfect countries and the people have the most beautiful genetic traits in the world.

Meh. Won't be like that for too much longer unless something starts changing.

Based

I don't encounter you folks personally, I have a goodly amount of family from Norway, but I don't really ever speak with them. Only my mother visits. One of my best friends growing up was a Finn, so I know despite the memes they're capable of not being robots, in fact that friend of mine was something of a comedian. The posters are usually terrible, except for Swedes and Norwegians, both are humble enough, and far from obnoxious. I don't have enough information about those islanders to say anything about them.

Theres something wrong with those flags.

the Norwegian one is the worst of the lot, that blue cross seems way too thick

Why do you have such fucking intense eye contact and also stand 10cm too close. Like fuck here its eye contact, something else eye contact. Germanics it's boring into your head for 100% of the conversation

>10cm too close.
Absolutely not the case lol. If anything we stand too far apart.

How are those rubes down under treating you Hop Sing?

Hivemind chinkish culture

Attached: Jante law.jpg (1643x1127, 465K)

Hivemind, sure to a certain degree. Chinkish? no.

All the flags are wrong, wtf

We have a similar thing in Australia, it's called tall poppy syndrome here. The fact you find this "cultural phenomenon" pretty much everywhere if you look for it speaks for itself.

Ironic considering Swedes are like little Parisians.

you're nice

dont really care my boy
