There was no difference for them since Silesia in Poland had the highest standard of living in the country and it was on par or higher than in Czechia. Also, Poles were oppressed as a minority so they couldn't take advantage of this Czech "development" just like natives in the US 100 years ago.

Nope. Polish censuses counted Czechs who spoke with Těšín dialect as Poles and so they did Silesians. Czech censuses counted people as Poles, if they wrote they were Poles.

Czech has the same burning problem as Poland or worse. For a reason Vienna is the cleanest city in central europe but it's close to smelly czechia.
