Why have cold cuts for breakfast? Here that's more of a lunch thing, people generally do something like a bacon egg and cheese sandwich for quick breakfast.

Nasi lemak. Rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan. Served on banana leaf that also contributes to the aroma. Sides minimally are fried anchovies sambal, fried peanuts and a slice of hard boiled egg. But you can eat it with fried chicken, curry, rendang etc.
