>South American EU

cool

yes, we got open borders due to Unasur m8, if the 2008 crisis hadn't happen we would a have a common currency by now

>latins
>common currency
hue hue hue top kek:XD
oh.. oh...

Why did you give up on it? I read about the plan, it sounded ambitious and cool. Now latin america will just be uninteresting.

>if the 2008 crisis
you mean that time when Lula stole all the money for the Olympics and in consequence years later the road infraestructure fell off killing a bunch of pedestrians and car drivers?

rather be unintersting than commie

UNASUR is an organization made by lefties, everything that was not lefty is excluded.

Also corruption made cooperation impossible.

Fuck supraregional unions. If any union should happen it should be a Brazilian Empire annexing the shit out of other countries

anyway all the international commerce is done with us dollars, is not like we are going to accept reais or uruguayan pesos

>Lula
>staling

>você

>south american anti-leftists
Why do you hate your people and want to see them crushed by both the USA and multinational corporations?

>Why do you hate your people and want to see them crushed by both the USA and multinational corporations?
Nah, lefties have proven to be more of a threat to our economy and people than multinational corporations nowadays.
Lefties tend to ask for political and economic measures that our countries simply can't afford, so at the end, they make us more vulnerable to external threats that could damage our economies.
>subsidies or welfare programs that must be paid with high wages that people simply can't afford
>high wages to businesses that tend to make our countries less attractive for investments
>Privatization of certain enterprises or services that make our economies more vulnerable
This one is quite subjective
>Their social policies tend to create parasitism from the poor
I might add that they are just as corrupt as right-wing politicians, so there is no difference between those two, they all end up acting accord their own benefit despite their political alignment.

Leftism here is what you guys in Europe call "populism". They are a bunch of corrupt power hungry bureaucrats that only care for themselves.

Hm I dunno, sounds like you're just regurgitating the same right wing propaganda about leftists they do here.

callate hijueputa

>Privatization of certain enterprises or services that make our economies more vulnerable
Expropriation of certain enterprises or services that make our economies more vulnerable*

leftwing politics sure has worked great for south america hasnt it? venezuela is model of success.

Even if that's the case Latin America and Finland are very different beasts and you probably can afford said policies way better than most countries can around here. I'm not inherently against leftism but I'd be somewhat cautious of going too far with it.

Because they are right? Maybe they are wrong about Finland, but they aren't wrong if you start talking about South America.
Come on, just look at the Latin American countries that have elected Leftie presidents, they fit in at least one category that I mentioned above. I won't deny that the state must intervine in our economy at some point, but Left-wing politicians take this on a whole new level.

I'm sure it's totally possible that what the left wing of South America is proposing and attempting to do is quite bad. I'm just saying that that description sounded a lot like typical anti-left talking points you find here. While the lefts politics there is likely very different from here, the rights propaganda could be largely the same, I wouldn't know.

they both suck

UNASUR is a nice project.
MERCOSUR is a protectionist mess.
Would join for the car plates and shiet.
TPP is the patrician choice.
South America should work more with another important, developing zone, ASEAN.
TPP is the way.

t. globalist shill

What about Alianza del Pacífico?

>communism is not globalist
i don't know who's trolling who anymore

I find it funny that people haven't realized that nowadays communism is basically a UN-backed socialist project to enslave all nations to multiculturalism and global corporations

Alianza del Pacífico Is the best.
Peru and Chile best friends forever :3

>UN-backed
overdosed on redpills

Read the 2030 Agenda from the UN and you will realize what I am saying

This post is VERY based and VERY redpilled.
Trips confirm it. Chile and Peru are best frens from now on!
