It's pretty weird, i have the hypothesis that the last european intervention in Mexico (commanded by France), left behind some rapebabies that eventually had descendants. Not only french troops were protecting Maximilian here, there were some troops from Belgium, Hungary, Poland and Austria, i met a girl in university, she had green eyes, pale skin, small nose, round cheeks, curly blond-ish hair and bigger boobs than the average mexican women, but she was not tall tho (155 cm at best). She said that her grandmother lived in Puebla (not too far from Veracruz).
