Does anyone here lease an office for crypto purposes?
Thinking of separating my work from my regular life and transitioning from a home office to an actual one.

Why would you ever pay money for no fucking reason to do the exact same thing you can do for free at home?

I leave in apartment, so have limited space and had similar thoughts.
You can call some guys to come to your office to brainstorm on some topic, use whiteboard to draw ideas, or make a setup of 6 displays you can't do at home since lack of space. Also it's good when you have dedicated place to work and you can adjust your habits and lifestyle to it; when you will enter dedicated area your brain will start working on different frequency and it will help you to tune in and keep you more organized
Though about it, but not made it real since had other expenses. Maybe if we will see bullrun I will need to accomplish this task and bring some more people
>leave
live ofc
good idea if you could manage to brake even at least, if so, possible benefits are very huge. you can store shit, sell shit like ledgers to people you will give consultations about crypto and showing charts, etc
Coworking space would be ideal for this. An office goes for about 400/mo in my friends building, has free coffee, ipas, nice conference rooms, standing desks, etc.
FPBP
>brainstorm with other guys
Yuck
The reason to have your own office is to be left the fuck alone
I agree on being alone part, but sometimes you desperately need someone else to push your thought process in alternative direction. If you have your own place at least you can call your bizbros to discuss something in person, with all necessary office stuff in place
>Also it's good when you have dedicated place to work and you can adjust your habits and lifestyle to it; when you will enter dedicated area your brain will start working on different frequency and it will help you to tune in and keep you more organized
exactly
>Hey guys I saw an instructional about MACD on Twitter how are we going to use this knowledge on the crypto game
if you can afford it, go on. you will spend some time to make it comfy, establish everything, then you'll become battle machine when you will kick the flow
>what is cooperation
I want to rent an office in town and live in a tent on property I buy. can't justify springing cash for a house in this market, don't qualify for a mortgage since I didn't file schedule C last year, don't want to live in a fucking rv I need my space. but if I could keep an office for trading then I can put most of my shit in storage and live outdoors when I'm not working. plus being in an office will keep me more focused
I work in a shared crypto office and it's awesome being able to bounce ideas off each other.
I rent a room from this gay couple. I leave my house at 8 AM and go to my office (room) everyday
>Pretending to have a real job
Lol
been thinking about it
I have these fucking cats that I'm allergic to, and everyone else bugs me too, and I'm always feeling obligated to get up and contribute to yardwork or whatever else
really thinking about renting office space to just have some privacy and trade in peace
being home alone in a room all day is fucking torture. but I'm a cheap bastard and don't want to pay literally more than a mortgage to lease an office space...
mental health vs financial thrift... hmm...
money it is
Why not go to coffee instead?
shitty wifi, families/kids, unnecessary noise, people staring at your screen and looking over your shoulder, unsecured networks, etc
I'm doing exactly this, office's are dirt cheap here. Mostly lurk biz, sometimes build miners for other people etc.
>risking getting cased at your local coffee spot
Jesus dude, either you don't have enough skin in the game to consider getting an office or you're a fucking idiot
>Jesus dude, either you don't have enough skin in the game to consider getting an office or you're a fucking idiot
how much skin do I need in the game to consider getting an office?
I'd build an outbuilding, two stories, 2nd garage on the bottom and an office up top.
Idk like 50k minimum prob
how much would that cost?
actual autism
