i have not seen a bolivar in many months. my family trade 3 rat carcass for 1 loaf of bread, is this what you mean?
Also interested here.
I'm v interested in taking what is left of Venezuelan's wealth for dollars. Like during the wars in Europe. They get US dollars, I get discount jewellery/gold. I've done some ground work but need some mercs on the inside to do the lifting.
I was hoping to speak to a non-rat-carcass trader
>I need some mercs on the inside to do the lifting
T. MGS LARPer
Hgggggn! Damn
Basically someone who can take the risk of being killed/maimed for me, while I take the financial risk.
quit larping and go help your mother lay the table
I have actually been looking into this, just seems impossible to get in contact with anyone unless you know anyone in the country.
You sound like a bitter shit poor spic, kys
>[muffled "the man who sold the world" in the background]
Yeah, nah, you're a LARPer. Do you even realize how's expensive mercenaries are and how regulated it is?
I don't mean actual mercenaries I just mean some hired thugs who transport shit across the border. I will be setting up the deals & funding the operation. Also providing US dollars.
Venezuelan here.
>How much is $1 in Bolivars on the Black Market right now?
$1 = Bs. 800,000 (Bolívares)
>How much does a loaf of bread cost in dollars?
about $0.5 - 0.75
>How much did a loaf of bread cost last year in dollars?
almost the same in dollars, $0.5 - 0.75
Minimum wage is $3.20
>I'm going to smuggle goods in a totalitarian state with tight borders
>I'll pay some hired thugs who totally won't EVER rip me off, and pay them little enough to keep a profit

Do you even speak Spanish? Do you even have connections to """"hired thugs""""? You're full of shit lol. You're either delusional or ignorant of the insane pain of an ass it is to do that kind of operation. You're acting like you're the CIA but really you're a FAG
Speak spanish. Have funds for operation.
>tight borders
it's literally a shithole third world country with a massive border that connects with like 3 different countries and has vast jungle areas. I'm sure no one is having any issue getting in and out.
>Do you even have connections
No, hence me talking about it on here. Why are you so angry, all I want to do is to take advantage of people to make myself wealthy, it's what everyone around you is doing everyday.
Thank you so much for your answers.
I have one last question.
Have house prices fallen?
I have looked everywhere but I cannot find a chart of average house prices over the last year in Venezuela, anywhere!
Thanks again for your help
this guy is either a 12 year old kid or fucking retarded
i forgot to mention that is a fucking great picture thank you
real estate looks to be the same prices as usa, meaning the us jew media is probably lying about how poor vuvuzela is. Everybody kill a jew and save the worl;d
lmao so salty what the fuck is wrong with you? its like you're pretending to be a grizzled old merc veteran that had a deal go bad so hes trying to protect the newbie in his own asshole way
what planet are you on, im looking to buy some sweet real estate
this entire thread is proof that we need flags on Jow Forums and country restrictions.
literally shatjeet level south americans need to go
Fucking kek, you obviously have no idea
>it's a shit hole country with big borders
Do you even know what the drug war is? Any large infrastructure going out of the nation is guarded. Do you think the cities don't have police, running water, or electricity too? Even if the cops don't get you, the locals will notice fucking convoys of gold leaving the country like you're living in a real life version of Kelly's Heroes and you'll get your shit rekt. You're retarded
>I have funds
How much exactly? $5k? $10k? You'll probably need upwards of 200 to bribe everyone and set your shit up
>y u mad tho lol
I'm not, I'm just stating the facts
>lmao so salt-
Stopped reading right there. >>>/facebook/, underage b&
Filtered so I don't have to read whatever strawman, whiney, larping response you post
I'm not talking about stealing gold on huge scale, holy fuck you're retarded.
I'm talking about ripping off people who live there in exchange for dollars.
I read some articles about people making $ms from all the middle class nogs fleeing africa once the arab spring kicked off. Like taking all of their possessions for space on a boat.
I only need to rip off a few hundred ex-middle class Venezuelans to make a solid amount of money. Every country has people with jewellery, and it's small and light to transport.
>Have house prices fallen?
yes, prices have fallen in U.S dollar due to the massive Bolívar's devaluation and people fleeing the country selling low or at a loss.
>I read
>I've seen
>every country
Confirmed LARPer who will get ripped off and lose all his money.
I don't have anything against you, do it faggot. Just don't come crying to me when babby's first get rich quick scheme blows up in your face, kek
they dont want your shitty dollars you imbecile they have no want to sell their assets
also what kind of retarded attitude is "ripping poeple off" for profit? youre a shitty person user
now go help your mum lay the table
is there a chart anywhere? I wasnt aware there was an exodus affecting property
is isla maragrita still a good place to buy for a potential tourist destination in the future?
how would I even go crying to you, I don't even know who you are.
also you miss every chance you don't take, enjoy jacking off watching your stocks and crypto tick over at pleb rate - maybe when you're 200 you'll be able to retire in a single dorm room in a multiplex peoplecontaining unit you faggot
>all this projection
PFFFFTTTHAHAHAHAHA
I don't even trade crypto. I'm a CPA and own a house. You on the other hand are a whiney LARPing faggot who will get his shit kicked in soon enough.
>money market
pmsl
If you're serious about this you should move to Cucuta and start networking from there.
there are no charts for the real estate market, but you can look for the USD/Bolivar chart or the inflation chart and kinda see how bad it is.
Currently, there are no "good places with potential" to buy, everything is completely shit. Margarita used to be a really good tourist destination, for locals and foreigners, right now there is a huge scarcity of basic goods such and food and water, electicity and water services go down for days and in some cases even weeks, delinquency rates are extremely hight too.
I can get 4 bananas for $1. That's the best offer so far.
fuck i got banned from a real estate website for mentioning bitcoin is that illegal over there?
but inflation doesnt = house value (in amercian dollars)
A house last year might be worth 1 thingie, and this year a trillion thingies, but will probably still be the same value in external dollars .
right?
Basically have house prices fallen by 10% in the last year or more or what?
>Minimum wage is 3$
A-an hour?
Fantastic movie, very underrated, Also OP is retarded
A month
wait whut
wtf did I say wrong?
I work in real state, in Venezuela, a house cost 8000$, 20000$ a luxury home
That's what I use for my savings account. I keep most of my money in assets and mutual funds. How about you post your liquid assets, moneylet?
REAL QUESTION HERE:
Suppose the following scenario
>I take out a loan denoted in Bolivares and buy real estate
>I take out additional loans to pay taxes
>wait till inflation wipes out my loan
>have free real estate that I can sell at current prices
>imediately convert the money I get from the sale to another currency or gold or something
Is this possible or is the banking system already dead in Venezuela
Thank you for your answer
I see houses listed in Bolivares on mercadoLibre, is that the normal or the black market rate?
Can I pay directly in dollars?
Can I pay in Bitcoin?
also can you paste you email / any way to contact you? I want to buy a house in dollars
thanks
Yes you can pay in dollars, everybody is paying with $, they put the prices in Bolivares cause is illegal doing business in dollars, I'm a lawyer so i make the documents and papers with a price in Bolivares but its a fake price the buyer pays in dollars. Dollars are almost illegal in Venezuela the only way to obtain it are with the government or black market. I doubt someone would accept bitcoin (sorry my english its not perfect in writing but i understand perfectly so ask what you need to know)
Yes its posible some people do it with credit cards but the banks are very strict to give a loan cause the inflation (its like a 100% a month) , btw taxes are very cheap so you dont need a loan, the only problem converting its finding a realliable way to do it (its a dangerous country, a robber will kill you for 20$-30$), (sorry my english its not perfect in writing but i understand perfectly so ask what you need to know)
can you paste a link to a "luxury" house that costs $20,000 ?
How can I know how much a house is worth in dollars by looking at it on the internet? Do I have to email the estate agent?
marcojfi26@gmail
Actual Venezuelan here.
What kind of "luxury home" is $20k? It must be in the shittiest city.
I'm in Maracaibo and one literal luxury home is around $50,000 - $100,000.
$1 = Bs.900,000
Good used cars go from $5,000 to $15,000.
A nice dinner in a fancy place is $5-10.
What else do you need to know anons?
Sent :)
>wait till inflation wipes out my loan
the absolute state, loan interest rates ALWAYS beat the inflation, or there wouldn't be any loans
sent ;)
Sent ;)
Yes you have to ask the estate agent, they always negotiate the price, its better buying with a independent real state agent cause they sell cheaper (the comision its too high in remax, century, rentahouse)
sent ;)
>that fucking Hunger Games mural
What the fuck is wrong wing Venezuela? Is it because they live in the real hunger games?
You must be fucking stupid if you think houses will look like the ones in developed and secure countries.
That's not what I meant. I'm just confused as to why someone would have this big house, and commission someone to do a mural of a teen flick from 2012. It doesn't make any sense. Do Venezuelans really like that movie or something?
Jesus kid this isn’t some video game or movie
Ah bueno, si puede ser entonces. Yo me guiaba por los precios de las paginas y algunas cuentas de instagram
Isn't the oil price rising again? They should do better nowadays, or not?
Security, they usually hire a guard that will stay on that wall (where the windows can be seen)
OOOHHH LMAOOOO, I JUST SAW THE HUNGER GAMES WALL, MY BAD LOOOOLL
MUST BE A FAG
Makes sense, I kinda get what you're getting at
Thought you were talking about the big ass walls protecting the houses.
No. We're too far down the rabbit hole. The economy is fucked up beyond simple oil prices. All thanks our politicians. We're buying oil to sustain fucking Cuba's subsidy.
Yeah it's cool haha. I just assumed it got lost in translation
>that mural
You can't buy class or good taste.
sent ;)
>century21.com.ve
adonde dice que es $100,000 ???? solo tiene un precio falso en bolivares
No sé si es falso o no, pero al cambio son como 100k.
Y dudo que baje de 60k esa casa.
Scam :/
