EU propaganda tries to say that our reforms in Poland are something that does not comply with EU law. While in most of European countries judges are appointed by politicians. Poland was an exception where judges were selected by other judges. I don't say if it's better or worse but the fact is that our reform is just introduction of the system that is in Germany.

The EU just lies because they don't like PiS and their stance on immigration so they use arguments about courts.
