I wouldn't doubt this. I called his firm to ask some questions and they kept forwarding me to different departments when they didn't know the answers. Then the last guy i spoke with was a "specialist" that told me it's a $5k down payment for his coin signals lol. When i asked him specifics, he was super shady and beat around the bush.
