How difficult or easy would be for you if you were born gay in your current country and state/province? What would your family and friends think about it?

Homosexuality is not a genetic trait.
If you somehow feel an attraction to the same gender it doesn’t mean you have to act on it and sleep with men.
It would genuinely suck and I would have to keep it on the down low. The capital is friendlier, but I would have to hang out with alt crowds. If I was in the deep country I would probably go full priest/religious.
I live in LA so it would be easier than being straight
It's perfectly acceptable here. You might get made fun of a bit in school and definitely would behind your back, but overall it would be an ordinary life.
They just painted the crosswalk stripes in front of the middle school (ages 11-13) the colours of the gay rainbow. Initially the town said no but after a huge show of support from the community they did it.
No one would care
I'm from a Islamic country so guess how I would fare lol.
I'm gay and I was born here so okay, I think. Probably even easier if I was born today.
Where are you from?
Its easier than being straight. I might start faking gayness soon just for the perks.
It would be easier than being normal
I would be fine as far as my country goes. But my family would probably hate me.
I came out as lesbian when I was 13 but then I got married to man anyway nobody question it.
But did you fell in love for him? Maybe you're bisexual.
I thought Panama was pretty conservative
But you feel attraction towards men (him specifically)? Or was it because it was more convenient?
Germany.
Even though same sex marraige will never happen here due to the Rabbanut, people here, even rightists are generally accepting of gays, and I live in a very liberal area.
If I were a poofter it might be easier to get a job in the public sector or a major corporation.
It is a 50%/50% thing.
Half of the country is more liberal than westerners and the other half are more conservative than Muslims.
Yeah of course, I might be bisexual, studies showed most women are to one degree or another.
Yes I am attracted to him and attracted to men. If anything, it was seen as cool to be LGBT when I was a kid so I think I exaggerated lesbian tendencies were there. I was afraid to start dating men because I didn't want family to think I was a flake but then once I did nobody said anything like "wow I thought you were lesbian" or nothing.
I am the reason why a lot of lesbian hate bisexuals I guess.
How is either of those possible
I see. I would guess they think it was a phase or something.
>I am the reason why a lot of lesbian hate bisexuals I guess.
yes
>born gay

Chile is conservative only compared to the rest of Latin America and Sweden/Germany/France/Spain/Canada
In the big cities like São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro people don't give a damn about the gays(they even have big prides and events). Now about the small towns, contryside and the north part of the country? Better to go stealth mode
But you hate the pope (?)
