Yeah I don't give a fuck anymore. I haven't been written up or anything. I use to go out of my way to help people but they always give you shit for the simple stuff. I'll always help people that are nice to me. I will always fuck over rude people.

I'm a pretty easy going and well liked person at work, but if someone fucks with me, I'll go out of my way to make them miserable. Mostly through stonewalling techniques. But there are other creative solutions out there.

I'd prefer to stand up for myself. In fact I got a coworker now thar walks by me and seems to expect me to intiate greetings first other wise he won't. Said hi today to him but not tomorrow. If he doesn't well I said it last. Shouldn't have even said hi.

1. Girl dropping off something nearby, she doesn't greet him, she leaves, he mocks her to his coworkers. Geez he could've said hi first if he was that desperate for a greeting.
2. "Teased" one of his coworkers for being quiet today. Part of me was ready to call him out on that shit.

For number 1 I think he's done it to multiple people that don't work at our building or in this side of the build.

3. Told me to shut off the faucet whole i was drying my hands. I use the towels to turn it off. It's not his concern.
4. Even made a joke about wanting to fight me, fairly sure he has something against me plus he's in his 40's. I'm in my 20's.

Any system or software that you control, can be used against your aggressor if they rely on it for their work. Say they need to register a new login for the CRM or whatever. Well geez, it turns out there’s an issue with account creation, and I had to send a ticket to support. It’s out of my hands now, sorry!
