the official fastest quantum computer in the world is IBM's, so far thats true. But that computer can operate 50 qubits. now a btc private key is 256 long. you need about double that in qbits to decrypt it in a reasonable time scale, meaning around 512 qbits (minimum). since with size the error rate escalates beliving that a 10 times larger super computer can be stable operated at the moment is far fetched to say the least.
