I’m an actual statistician, did my grad school in biostatistics and math.
For that reason I know how irrelevant a haplogroup is in genetics.
But if you want to know how irrelevant haploshit is in real life just go to any decent university and see professors from every race and background rolling up their sleeves and getting to work on shit you will never understand.

but phenotypes? there are phenotypes in every species on earth, its a basic biological thing that species have different regional representations, i.e phenotypes

Who the fuck care about the race it's a biased word, we're speaking about haplogroups and phenotypes, but I understand if you don't get the shade.

Well when you try to define the identity human beings you have to speak in a formal language which allows everyone to understand what we're talking about. Scientific accuracy, or something like that, it can lead to wars so I think it's important, I don't know your POV though.

But my point is that these things are actually minor in defining a country's identity, phenotype is strictly about appearance and haplogroups are as said above many times a meme. Talking about a country's native people is indeed interesting, but so much threads focus on looks and genes only, when at the end of the day they're almost irrelevant next to culture, language, monuments, history, traditions, common belief, ...

To some extent, species are a meme. There’s no exact boundary in nature when something becomes another species, it’s just a classification we invented because it’s useful. But there’s no fucking use in arguing about haploshit
