This is how they operate, though. 90% of all these pyramid ponzis are created by the same small group of people. I've been to card flips when they first come out, and if a project can get to 250 ETH in less than 2 minutes, there's no way in hell the average user is getting even a single flip on any of those cards with how fast those TXs will be going through.
