if the guess 2-6%, then you should go with 3.5. I could absolutely believe that 3.5% of our country has red hair, and due to our large population this puts as miles ahead of Scotland and Ireland. Even though those countries have a higher percent of their population with red hair, it's still more people here with red hair.
