My English teacher in my last year of middle school was American. I was his favorite student because I was the only one who actually liked English as a subject, and he was a really nice person. He spoke perfect French and would eat sandwiches with us at a food truck near the school, tried to be close to his students and always gave good advice. It's a shame I only had him for one year.
