This quick pie is the recipe that fits all your needs from a mushroom pie
1. use ready made pie dough you can get from the markets
2. get mushrooms from the forest
3. add these to the dough: -timjam ( 2 spoons ) -one half teaspoons of kuminam -1 spoonfull of oils
4. now add these to the pie dough: 1 liter of mushrooms 1 onion 1 fennkolim (a.k.a German kuminam) 2 spoons more of oil 2dl of vegetable juice 2dl of creme 2 eggs 120g of blue cheese 2 spoons more timjam 1 teaspoon of salt one quarter teaspoon of black pepper
I agree with Krautman. It's like Americans using "cups" and tea- or tablespoons for everything.

why do nord*cs always use that "muted colors" filter

He's the infamous finnish news poster. He knows perfectly well how to translate the names of animals, plants or spices in this case. For some reason that's beyond me, he refuses to do so.

For the ultimate comfyness that is the melancholy permeating the existence of Nordic peoples.

it's the retards that replied to you that make it sound imprecise and terrible (they're all full of shit btw). 1L is 1L. end of story

Of course you can measure an amount of mushrooms that displace 1000 ccm, but a weight would be better here than a volume IMO
Cameron Sanchez
if you want to stick to a recipe that says 1L you should heat the mushrooms without salt/grease until they dissipate mushroom juice. then measure the mushroom and juice mix. you get an exact amount and can adjust other ingredients (store the remainder for future use)
