The problem with alot of these projects is not that they won't do well in the medium term but that there's severe opportunity costs for locking yourself down on one project (or a couple of them).
SNM is competing with RLC which I think will do better in the long run for a variety of reasons but you're probably right that SNM will at least have a run. I don't know anything about QASH unfortunately.
Anyway, while your money is locked up with those projects other ones are likely to moon and you be able to increase what you put into projects you believe in.
