This is so far the only coin I have seen appear on IDEX recently with a starting market cap of around 1 million buckaroos. Their token sale (this round) raised 500k USD, which I know sounds shite, but they have a near ready working product and like 4 pilot programs to tokenise real estate investments. This is quite literally on the ground floor on IDEX Even if it goes to just a 5MM marketcap, which the vast majority of shitcois achieve, you will have quintupled your money and you can walk away a happy man.
