Are there any innovative blockchains that work besides Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Steem? I seriously can't find any. EVERY other altcoin either steals ideas from Bitcoin or doesn't work yet.

Nano I guess

Monero and some privacy coins are cool too. Anything else?

Attached: em2.jpg (499x592, 41K)

RLX has a working product but runs on the ETH blockchain

source?

i assumed there were bugs with Nano because i know IOTA is unfinished. Has Nano found a solution without bugs? Isn't it still centralized/on training wheels?

Shes ok i guess

bitshares?
Unironically ripple as well - though its debatable whether or not its even a crypto... still good tech though. Also skycoin? though obelisk isnt implemented yet... Monero and zcas i would say. Hmmm not many user... not many.

The redhead from that peter thick music video

thanks. i will look up rlx.

RLX does

So we can say Steem and Bitshares are on the list? Does that mean EOS will be a safe investment? haha

>steals ideas
>open source
holy fuck you're dumb

>Bitcoin
assuming you mean Bitcoin Cash, I don't know what innovations the remaining BTC devs actually got going for them except "wait for lightning to work"

I find it so alarming that there are so many altcoins yet there are literally only like 5 cryptocurrencies that have actually contributed anything usable. I am researching Matrix AI Network and this looks like the biggest meme coin of all time.
>state every problem in the status quo of crypto
>says AI solves every problem
>doesn't even have a testnet

are boomers falling for this? are anons falling for this because boomers will fall for this?

>bitcoin core vs bitcoin cash
who cares? ultimately nobody will care about bitcoin. Instead, people will care about gas for the best smart contract platform, especially after more fiat pairs open. Bitcoin has no intrinsic value. Gas for smart contracts provides intrinsic value and it will presumably process faster than Bitcoin.

it's pretty scary that there are 1600 cryptos, probably closer to 2000 that have ever existed but are no longer listed, yet yes there are like 5 actually legit ones

She kind of looks like Elliott Rodger.

>there are like 5 actually legit ones
>tfw REQ is one of them

i believe that ETH will be replaced by Bitcoin Cash myself. Ethereum couldn't even handle cryptokitties without the network being slowed down to a crawl. Now that Bitcoin isn't restricted by devs with ulterior motivations there's no reason why all great ideas can't be lifted onto BCH, it's well known that ETH came into existence because of the dev's refusal to let him develop it for bitcoin after all.

also Bitcoin Cash's script is actually turing complete like ETH but it needs someone to retransmit the new state of the script. the plus side of this is that there's no need for gas, the regular transaction fee becomes the gas.

BCH contracts of course can't do everything that ETH contracts can do, but it should be just a matter of time now that devs are free to innovate. difference is that bch contracts should scale just fine while eth already have serious issues with scaling.

Sia coin is a decentralized storage system.

EOS. EOS will get our feet wet with dapps that are not mostly worthless.

STELLAR

What about LBRY Credits (LBC), with their "youtube" on the blockchain?
Legit asking, havn't checked their plateform in a while

Stellar, genuinely.

Too many people here are uninformed of the actual applications that the Stellar network is capable of.

Do some research on the Stellar Consensus Protocol and you'll now why IBM is backing them as much as they are.

Bitshares was innovative in its time. It came out before ethereum though. It has limited smart contract functionality, but development for it is gated by the dPOS council/congress or whatever (you need to include them in updates for the chain). Naturally, the non-permissionless nature of smart contracts there made it somewhat choke on centralized politics compared to ethereum that came after.

It's pretty impressive for its time though.

both excellent pics. OP i can tell you are a man of fine taste b/c of your pic. neither of these is gambling (no much) both are good.
ZIL looks interesting if you are lookin for a gamble...
Best of luck

I honestly dont see a need for anything except BCH. In the end people tend to lean towards only wanting one medium of exchange.

crypto that is only a currency will look like a meme when the next generation of dapps produce functionality that bolsters the value of each system.

The word coin will become the word dapp and it will mean basically the same thing.

waltonchain dyor

Nope. I only buy other shitcoins to gain more BTC and XMR.

No training wheels, decentralized. It just works. Exchanges had some problems implementing it properly though be cause it is so different

Look into Universa Blockchain. It will revolutionize the blockchain ecosystem. Thank me in 1 year :)

This. For all the hate Nano gets it actually does what it claims to do which is more than 99% of cryptos. Once they get the mobile wallet released it will soar. Ledger support will also go a long way because the current wallets are sketchy at best.

I'm glad someone else sees through all crypto bullshit. There is absolutely no reason for any other crypto to operate by itself, they all should and will eventually operate as tokens under Bitcoin Cash's network.

I've been 100% in BCH since the first day of the fork. Anyone who fails to see that the entire crypto sphere outside of Bitcoin Cash is one big ponzi will eventually lose money.

I find it particularly amusing that some miners are willingly allowing themselves to be replaced by Blockstream's off-chain meme network which is literally designed to remove the incentive for miners to exist in the first place.

waltonchain is one of the biggest jokes in crypto. to my knowledge, it does not track anything yet on the supply chain, its coin isn't actually useful yet, had a TERRIBLE PR mistake with a promotion, and pumps and dumps after every single announcement. In my opinion Walton is one of the least professional organizations in crypto that is not an outright scam. Walton and Verge are the only two projects that come to mind with such a low level of professionalism. Even Tron is more professional that Walton.

THIS GUY GETS IT

Yes because flying taxis is both revolutionary and feasible. Let me just put 100k on that.

Holy fuck, the sheer delusion of cashies is as bad as corecucks. There's 0 organic desire for Bch contracts. Ethereum is light years ahead of it already. Developers need more than just opcodes, it's also about tool chains, SDKs, documentation etc. 1 more month and Loom goes to open beta, OMG is coming along well, Casper is definitely dropping (finally) this year.

Most importantly, the only way forward is to move away from PoW. It's unsustainable in every sense of the word. Bch would need a damn Dyson sphere to mine it in a few years. It's a dead end. So the whole bickering between Blockstream and Bitmain has simply meant they're both irrelevant now. Combine Ethereum with some awesome next gen stuff like Holo and it's obvious what the future will be.

Monero yes. Bitcoin no. Bitcoin is basically the biggest Shitcoin out there. Slow, expensive, fucks up the environment, centralized because of ASICS and mining pools. Muh store of value.

>t. All tokens including ones that have totally different use cases are invented by Blockstream and should be on Bch

The absolute STATE of Bitmain shills.

Unironically cardano has had a working product for months now. If you can see through >just a whitepaper memes

It's funny how crypto fanboys can be so concerned about the Fed and fiat currency then defend nearly unknown developers and groups of who knows ((them?)) supporting pretend shit that will bubble pop like anything else

Xmr is everything Btc wishes it was. For dedicated currency, Xmr just wins the game.

Now cashies will try to tell you Bch has better privacy, even though the whole chain is SO different that attempting to force in ring sigs and anonymity is doomed.

5. All boards that default to the Yotsuba B or Burichan (blue) themes are to be considered "work safe." Violators may be temporarily banned and their posts removed. Note: Spoilered pornography or other "not safe for work" content is NOT allowed on the work safe boards.

Let the shitcoins test with innovation. BTC and XMR chains must remain pure.

Hey a nocoiner! I made about 10k today from various shenanigans. How was wagecucking? Your boss didn't make you do TOO much unpaid overtime I hope?

This. XMR is just under everyone's noses evolving into the best form of digital cash gradually and carefully. I believe that with a few more advancements it will become the base trading pair of the crypto ecosystem.

I bought into waltonchain last month. I am very impressed with what they have accomplished and what they doing. I break my crypto investment capital into two categories. Speculation and UberSpeculative. The lionshare of my IC goes into the specuative category and I only invest in chains with a working product. ETH,BTC,WTC,REQ,KNC ,ICX then I throw a few fuck me dollars into these coins that are basically a few retards with an idea... currently EOS,SUB,TENX,PERL
I refuse to support the scientology coin (SKY) and I'm a bit worried about BCH. I also believe that while XRP will be here for the long term... I feel its a true scam and doesnt do a fucking thing but serve as a Ripple expense account. Glad you guys are at least questioning this market.
