I should have mentioned in the OP that this coin is on Cryptopia, so if you get trips make sure you have an account on there so you can respond to the tip in time.
Its not < 100k, but BST is currently like 170k market cap with what is really quite a good product and a decent team. They just got on IDEX 2 days ago. I have no idea why their market cap is so low, most similar coins are in the 30 mil+ range.
They are doing real estate on a blockchain. This is a good idea because real estate has a lot of barriers to entry. USA wont even let the goyim buy into real estate unless they can prove they are a "person of means" meaning more than a million dollars in net worth. This would allow the little guy to get in. Suddenly anyone with an internet connection can buy part of a real estate venture. Its also highly liquid because you dont have to buy an entire project, you can buy a small percentage of it.
