Look harder, here's a copy pasta of a thread yesterday asking for suggestions.

1/ Only recognize dual citizenship if the second country is part of the EU, if it is not you have to choose. Also, you no longer get citizenship if you happen to be born on French soil, and need to have at least one French parent.
2/ Our welfare is way too fucking generous, reduce the amount of time that people can get NEETbucks to 6 months (currently three years), and have the maximum amount reduced to 2000 euros (currently 6200). Currently pension age is 62 years old, needs to be 64 at least.
3/ Our universities are too crowded because they're free, but people chose to study useless crap and when they graduate they complain there's no job. Implement some quota based on what jobs we need. The best students get the spots they want, the rest can learn a trade or study something in high demand.
4/ Centralization is killing us, I want regions to have more independence and be able to determine stuff like the minimum salary themselves, Guyanne does not have the same needs as Ile de France.
5/ Finally, with the money saved on welfare, reduce the corporate taxes, especially for the small companies starting out, they pay way too much and it is hard to take off.

Hard to say, but I agree with our government being too generous to a lot of people. A big problem is that whenever anything minor changes here there will be a ton of strikes that slow things down and waste time and money, even if the changes are beneficial.
Quebec needs to rise up and conquer the new world, then we won't need to nuke it :^)
