bmp
It's okay
It's nice. Spicy.
It's rather sweet than spicy. Only the red stuff was spicy
I have heard that It is very tasty but I have never tried it myself. Anyways, I am allergic to nuts and moroccan food is filled of nuts.
There weren't many nuts in my food at least, only almonds.
I've only ever had tagine. It's wasn't hot spicy per say, but there was a lot of flavour. Really enjoyable.
its great but westerners dont eat it in the intended way
its not too spicy though like tunisian garbage you can actually taste the food
a lot of sweets have nuts but the only maincourse i can recall that has it is sweet tagines and sweet bastillas
No I'm not a fucking hipster that thinks worse = better
>its great but westerners dont eat it in the intended way
with our unwashed hands?
> but there was a lot of flavour. Really enjoyable.
That sums it up pretty nice.
I've had very little Moroccan food, but from that small sample, yes I like it very much.
tajines should be eaten with bread or baguettes
unsophisticated pallate pleb
not with couscous? I think it goes great with couscous
couscous should be eaten with hands or spoon
>eating wheat with other wheat
lol
You shouldn't have bread with your main course. I meant couscous instead of bread. Bread is for starter.
Baguette is for every part of the meal tbqh
you are are supposed to dip the bread in the gravy and scoop vegetables and other shit with it, authentic tajines are very moist
Arab food rank
>Turk
>Persian
>Morrocan
>Somali
>Italian
>Rest is shit
lmao based, real arab food is bad in comparison aside from kebsa, even then our version of it is better
Sure thing kid. I'll be sure to make some morrocan food tonight instead of Chinese.
>instead of Chinese.
>Do you like Moroccan food?
No pork, not for me, sorry, but nice saffron
I know right, but even arab food is good compared europoor food
I like couscous but that's all Moro food I know
our lamb is very good, we cook it in a way that makes it taste great, best way to describe it is like wet soft jerky that isnt too salty
greek food is nice ill admit
you have to try different types of tajine like the lamb with prunes and common one, bastilla, briwat, merguez, harira and rfissa
yes desu
my grandfather's gf is a moroccan jew and her cooking is incredible
>my grandfather's gf
this is a funny mental image
>tunisian garbage
you use too much harissa
You use too little harissa.
And actually we use too much sauce you mean
the sauce hides the taste of everything else its shit
You are shit, sauceless couscous is shit too like you
The way everything is cooked seems pretty standard but the spices they use to season everything are fucking incredible.
Fassi is my favorite kind of couscous
It's food and it's not Ethiopian
Sounds good
>Garlic powder
>Cumin
>Paprika
>Ginger
>Cloves
>Brown sugar
>Cinnamon
>Salt
>Pepper
That's it pretty much.
Turmeric and saffron are pretty common too.
Seems normal desu. I use tumeric pretty frequently. Saffron I use in stock. Brown sugar is underrated as fuck btw. Pisses me off more people don't use it.
