Tell me about your diet user, what do you eat on a usual day?

I wake up, eat some bacon and eggs with coffee and heavy cream. Then later on in the night I'll eat some chicken wings. Maybe some Chicharrón If I'm feeling naughty.

pic is typical British cuisine

Mirza Hussain Khan prepared that meal

I drink coffee when i wake up, then i eat whatever at dinner.

Coffee, oatmeal, spaghetti, frozen blueberries. Sometimes I grill chicken and hotdogs. This is about it.

fuck that makes me hungry

I wish I had a VPN so I could shitpost about sopa de macaco.

What is that red chicken in the munchie box?

Those look like my personal favorite, hot wings

Yeah, like a boneless hot wing...looks good

They're pakoras, fried snacks prepared with:
- Main ingredients: Chickpea batter, buckwheat batter (other ingredients: including vegetables, paneer, fruit, meat, or fish)
- Variations: Potato, onion, cauliflower, spinach, mixed vegetables, paneer, bread, chicken

Flemme de traduire en anglais :
Matin : café, viennoiserie
Midi : Viande rouge, steak, roti avec féculents ...
Soir : Ratatouille, haricots vert, viande blanche, poisson, soupe ...

Diet is flexible but I never eat more than 2400 calories.

t. cutting before the winter bulk

Today I ate nothing until supper except for coffee, and at supper had cocido with yuca, jocote, huisquil, and carrot. I added hot peppers and Chirmol on top. Drank a big glass of fresco de guayaba and now am sipping coffee.

my stove is broken so i ate a spoonful of instant coffee for breakfast
at dinner i ate a can of beans but cold beans are so disgusting it made me feel sick

This t b h. On the weekend I usually go out for breakfast as well.

I'm trying to eat healthier
I started off with fruits and pastry then I snacked on a Mars bar, for lunch I had roasted chicken breast with a bottle of ice tea and then I gave in to my impulses and had chips and a can of bepis
I usually live off of Turkish food and oriental desserts

If you want to eat healthier, cut out bread/grains

that shit will kill you

>Tell me about your diet user, what do you eat on a usual day?
Before my diet, I would eat nothing until around 2-3pm, then I'd binge eat until about 8pm, then stop until the next day. Mostly large portions of candy and various tins of stuff, like tinned fish and tinned meals and tinned fruit.

Now I try to eat one meal at midday and one meal at 7pm, but it's very difficult to break my eating habits after all these years.

Chicken tikka pakora.

It's a major component of our cuisine so this is not an option
And our cooking abilities are rather Slavic so the bread serves as to cover up the awful flavor and makes it taste somewhat decent

Today I ate "aztec soup"

What is it? It looks American rather than Mexican but it looks tasty either way.

I've been eating exclusively meat for a couple weeks now. It is an option my friend

It is like a nice, spiced, tomato soup. You then usually top it with dried tortilla strips, avocado, amd cream. It is delicious.

love it when the soup has those little tortilla strips like that and a little layer of Chihuahua on top

Sandwiches for breakfast and meat/chicken/fish with rice/potato/buckwheat for lunch. Kefir for supper. Sometimes I'm buying chicken shaverma for lunch.

I live alone so it's usually a combination of frozen pizza, ramen noodles or frozen lasagna, with a can of coke zero. Every now and then I cook a steak because why not.

>chicken shaverma
I'm literally eating one of these right now.

I feel like we're the same person. I tell myself everyday I will eventually stop eating inhuman shit

That's depressing you guys.

Just eat meat and the cravings for shit will go

>wake up
>coffee and milk for breakfast

>alcohol and potatoes for dinner

pre-lunch - tereré if the weather is hot, mate if it's cold
lunch - whatever they cook at parents' home. yea i'm spoiled. usually it's either rice or noodles with sauce, can be chicken or meat sauce and sometimes it's even vegetarian sauce with eggplant instead of meat. eating beans is rare, usually on Lent fridays. lettuce and other greens as sidedish
afternoon tea - coffee & milk or mate & milk, bread and jam
dinner - the luncheon leftovers, otherwise i go the neighbor's pizza place
supper - cheese & ham sandwich. if i was alcoholic this is the hour when i would drink and drink, but fortunately for my budget i'm not

You'd think a zero carb lifestyle would be a meme, but that more so rings true for veganism. Good amount of people that can't eat little to no plants or vegetables without their chronic symptoms flaring up or worsening as a result of it.

Hermits living off the grid raising their own animals are much more vegan to their body and this planet than that hipster Johnny boy from Cali who can't stop singing the praises of spirulina.

>raising their own animals
>are much more vegan
but... why would they raise (and hunt) animals if they're vegan?

I usually have cereal or toast for breakfast.
For lunch, I like going to a local deli and getting a sandwich from there.
Dinner is usually equivalent to drawing names out of a hat

Breakfast:
>black tea (no milk, no sugar)
>unsweetened oatmeal
>one egg

Lunch:
>water, unsweetened ice tea, or diet soda
>Protein shake or a pre-made salad from Trader Joes

Dinner:
>herbal tea or green tea
>pan cooked chicken or seared ahi-tuna
>steamed vegetables

>>Hot water
why not just drink tea?

Is different taste? Hot water is good for your digestion.

>(no milk, no sugar)
How else are you supposed to drink tea? Get green-tea milkshake if you want milk and sugar in your tea.

The Last Supper
