GAA clubs in rural Ireland aren't left to rot by GAA headquarters. Money is pumped back in at a grassroots level on an annual basis. In fact, the biggest problem for rural GAA clubs isn't a lack of funds, but a lack of players due to players moving to Dublin or abroad.
