Always, Always it seems like Western giving first heping hand to delight East Asian society and that is so shameful but true.
1) US noted that they will bomb down before bombing Tokyo during the WW2. (While Japan was viciously controlling their own nation's population and even enforce them to be the human bomb. aka kamikaze)
2) US trying to unveil Chinese commie officers vice. (US trying to tell the truth about China while Chinese people itself are trying to advocate their own ill and false-democratic dictatorship society)
3) US adressing human right problem in North Korea (when South Korea is totally neglecting the issue and greet Kim jung-un spot-lighting, depicting him as genuine and nice person. which is extremly disgusting behavior)
I can not imagine this world being ruled by other race or nation. This world being ruled by other than Western race must be so horrible distopia. I can never imagine the world being ruled by East Asian. it must be so much horrible and dreadful in that case.

It's more because Western culture stresses individualism instead of collectivism. Western culture is also grounded to a large extent in the Christian religion, which adds a crusader impulse to bring light to the more backwards parts of the world. Asian religions lack such a mindset.
