I can't eat in the morning because i'll get sick and I have no time between class and work to get food because it's in the airport (which is a cunt to get through). So I always eat after work at some shit fast food place since I don't have time for anything else. On weekends I eat maybe twice a day.

when you exercise you are probably taking big gulps of air and holding it with your stomach extended. this builds your muscles this way. if you take a big breath or are pushing you need to focus on sucking your stomach in. you won't be able to lift as heavy but it helps.
also try doing seated stomach vacuums
and fix your diet so you're not eating fat food all the time you fat fuck. rice and chicken or sweet potatos and chicken.

I'm 37 so I could lose some weight but I'm not obese. I'm overweight by I but have a higher muscle mass than most (especially for my age). So most would say I could lose a few pounds off my stomach/mid section but beyond that I'm pretty active. The shitty thing is that no matter how thin or fat, athletic or lazy my pants constantly slide down. I think I lack the hip angle to keep wants up.

Oh I should say I'm 210 6'3 freshman year I was down to 165 from 175 in senior year if H.S. I was from a small town so we didn't have a cafeteria so freshman year cafeteria food was rough for me.
For you, it'd be a matter of cutting out some of the more unhealthy meal items, or going to the gym for 3 days a week if you're just looking to thin out.

I honestly didnt have many problems changing to it because I already didnt like soft drinks, wasnt a big fan of sweets, and have a prescription for adderall. Its actually fairly easy to stick to if you are a true lardass because calories literally dont matter. You can eat 4,000 calories of meat and cheese every day and still lose weight as long as you dont eat carbs.
The biggest drawback of the diet is the cost. Carbs are cheap whereas high quality fats and protein arnt and there honestly isnt that much variety when it comes to easy to prepare meals
