Played the early 1990s Mario games in 2008 (thats when I started playing actual VGs). Got to Vice City in 2011 and played SA in 2013. So both.

I played GTA when I was 4/5 too. Realistically it doesn't have any negative effects on the mind at that age and a lot it goes over your head. I would let my kids play it that age too, no need to deprive them of a good game because of their age

GTA Vice city. God i love this game. Music, atmosphere. It's even better now, i can understand what they say, and what was the main story.

My cousin had vice city, I had the far superior san Andreas which I played far more.
