So what exactly is gonna happen if Japan doesn't "replace its population"? Can you prove it?

Their population will stagnate and decline a little, why do populations and economy constantly have to grow? This idea is toxic
I really really hate the soiboi meme, but this is one of the soi-iest things I've ever read.
it'll be hard for a while but eventually things will level off and they will enter a new renaissance. there will be opportunities for everyone and they will thrive once more. the stagnation they're in will vanish.
Very high inflation, which in turn rewards automation and robotics innovation.
Buy ROBO you idiot
Robots
The non fag Japs will disappear and their race will be stronger. The weak are being self culled.
tf when virgin neets are forming the master jap race merged with cyborgs
They are country one and a half times the size of Ireland with 30x Irelands population. They can afford a slight decline.
Japan has a lot of crypto millionaires. They will want to use their money to get pussy. Instant population expansion right there.

and also this
Population will fall, deflation sets in, land/houses become cheap, people can afford more shit and start having kids
If you want to know more look at what happened in Europe before and after the black death
Before the plague
>vast majority of the population are serfs
>can barely afford children because no land and poor as fuck, just working and eating is your life
>aristocracy can do whatever the fuck they want to you and there's nothing you can do about it
Then 50% of the population dies
>survivors get tons of free land
>start having larger families due to greater wealth and food supply
>aristocracy have to make concessions and increase pay to peasants in order to have people working their land
Human civilization went 10,000 years with barely above replacement population growth, then 200 years of hyperexponential growth and everybody is pretending the hyperexponential growth is the norm
Most people don't understand we are going to use more resources in the next 50 years than the previous 100,000 years combined. Deforestation is massive, overfishing, soil erosion, and fresh water sources are already nearing depletion. Supergiant oilfields are depleting 5-10% a year and there have been no major discoveries since the 1980's.
>and there have been no major discoveries since the 1980's
yep, you have a short downturn but Japan will be long-term better for not having tried to prop up the population with immigrants like the US and Europe.
Currently using 30 billion barrels of oil a year, we need to be discovering 300 billion barrels of oil every decade just to break even but we are running on previous discoveries
Fracking and oil sands are nice but new production has basically ceased in all but the permian basin, it took 10 years just to get a measly 7 million barrels of day production online, not enough, and fracking has the additional problem of exponential decline rates of fracked wells that need constant capital to keep up production
need to hurry up with the nuclear power
After I make it with crypto, I'll single handedly/single penisly increase the population
Even if you converted all energy use to nuclear(which is impossible because the transportation network runs on internal combustion engines not electricity) you would run out of uranium in 50 years, unless the thorium meme starts working
Nothing will happen but a short population decline, but (((they))) want to use it as an excuse to flood it with darkies, just like they did to "help" the UK.
>So what exactly is gonna happen if Japan doesn't "replace its population"?
What will 'probably' happen is your average couple will have a home larger than a walk-in closet to live within and raise a child. I know a lot of anons have seen those documentaries done on small Japanese apartments.
> Less people = higher quality of life & more to go around for the average citizen
Seriously, who wants to end up like China/India with hundreds of millions of people living on top of each other? The Japanese are a smart people who still remain mostly homogeneous and well off for being so. Also, with the population dropping, it'll also mean an increase in salary for the people within Japan due to scarcity of individuals capable of working crappy jobs. It's a win-win for everyone but the rich. That should make liberals happy if they are upset about them remaining homogeneous.
I think you can extract uranium from seawater, too. Also, I don't think there's any reason you CAN'T use thorium, we just didn't for whatever reason. if it becomes necessary we will probably do it. Pretty sure the chinks are trying to build a thorium reactor.

Do you guys follow this elmo sounding autist?
His arguments make sense- we're basically only able to keep oil production up because we are pouring more and more capital into doing so. Unsustainable.
>nuclear reactors with chinese charcteristics
It's really depressing how many resources are poured into stupid shit as opposed to solving the oil problem.

Fuck you i don't sound like elmo
nothing, automation will resolve any minor issues that would arise and they will inherit the earth while europe is browned to death
maybe they will take pity on us
