How is the bullying in your country? Is it as cruel as in Russia or moderate like in USA?

When I went to high school the other kids started to pick on me because I was tall. Then I kicked the biggest guy of them in the head and they stopped. I got suspended by the way. Also, frecuently got in trouble with kids from other schools and grades but I never were a bully or started shit.
Still I blame that particular incident why people became wary of me and I never had many friends until I finished the school

I was only bullied slightly in elementary school. After that I was left alone completely

I feel like a lot of "bullying" happens because the recipient doesn't know how to talk back and stand his own ground. Instead they let the bully walk all over him and then it reinforces the idea that it's ok to treat the kid like shit

I studied in a public school for a while and surprisingly there was no bullies in my class, although i have seen people getting "lynched" in other classes. About the private schools, the bullying was just verbal and "light", depending on how much of a pussy you are.

One time, some girl stole my $5 (literally my lunch money). She said she didn't do it but she was the only with opportunity, the shit. And I couldn't prove it so welp looks like I am mooching fries from my lunch mates. Here I am 10+ years later I have not forgotten.

i dont know normal i guess?, everyone gets to be bullied and be a bully at some point, im 28, when i was in school bullying wasnt even a thing yet, it was just an accepted fact of life that kids are dickholes and if you where getting picked on you needed to beat the fucker down, even if you loose usually the attempt alone got you respect

Different user we didn't have same cliques but there was cliques of friends. But bullying didn't go across them and it didn't seem to be very severe ever.

If you did get into a fight both kids got in trouble no matter who started it.

You have kids smoking in class at 9 years old, you have them threatening teachers with an axe for getting bad grades, you have girls who shave you and beat you if you're prettier than them, you have grade schools where tie you up, sodomize you with a rolling pin and gangbang you to the point of suicide, and you have teachers who don't care about their jobs to the point of making everybody flunk and getting away with it.
Not to mention the bigotry, if you fall under: gay, trans, handicapped or autistic, they will bash your head open and shit on it.

There was this video on YouTube of a girl somewhere in Bosnia being dragged, slapped, shaved and beaten on camera by a group of older girls in front of dozens of students, and everybody kept cheering: "Beat her more, beat her more, beat her more!" or something like that.
