American cities barely have any townhouses compared to what you have in Western Europe.
They’re very trendy now so people are building a lot more but they’re in demand so they’re expensive as fuck. I don’t even think you would believe how much a townhouse in a mediocre city costs here. A house like in your picture could be a million dollars in a nice city.
