If you've ever been to LA you'll be unimpressed. You're going to sit in your car for 4 hours everyday. Everything looks like a drab grey stucco. The downtown area is smaller than most american mid-sized cities, which is small.

LA is just as overpriced as NYC, and about as iconic. The difference is that LA is fucking horrid with its traffic and weather. There's nothing comfier than a rainy night in Seattle or a snowy day in NYC.
