Sounds like a rather standard soup to me.

Disregarding all the international stuff (pizza, durum, etc), here in Belgium we have what we call a "frituur", or "friterie" in French. It's a fast food shop that sells fries and all kinds of deep fried meat.
Pic related is what you would see behind the counter in such a frituur. It's the shittiest quality food you can possibly imagine, much worse than McDonald's. But it tastes good. Mostly kids, students and white trash eat this. Though many adults will regularly go there as well. Fries + 2 different meats will usually cost about €6. Compared to pizza for €8-12 or an actual restaurant meal for €15+, frituur is cheap and very fast (usually takes only 5-10 minutes after you order).

I haven’t eaten any yet, some chink said it is very scrumptious but I rather eat something legal

cute, although the encircled one looks like a facecummed rabit. is it (literally) a creampie?

It's chicken, meatballs and mushrooms in a creamy sauce, in a pastry. Dish is called "vol au vent" in French though we Flemings also use that name.

Pic related is the most comfy of Flemish foods, "stoofvlees" (beef stewed in a brown abbey beer). It's one of the few dishes we eat here that is actually Flemish, the French even call it "carbonade Flamande".
