Now there are much more sophisticated pumps. Whales understand markets are down, so nobody expects 1 billion coin to make x3, now everyone is looking for lowcap (5-25m) coins, and they perform 1-3 weeks long pump followed by positive news so it would look organic. It's like very specific marketing
