Russians yes, even though we don't like each other much. Belarussians are seen as basically Russians, Ukrainians are traditionally looked down upon but after the war we're friendlier toward them. Czechs are seen as pretty cool, sorta half German.

I only meet the ones at the university, so I assume they're more cultured than the average.
They're really nice actually. Slovenians and Croatians especially (there's surprisingly many of them). A lot of them smoke, so they're perfect buddies for a coffee break.
There's a bunch of Poles, some are nice, some are fucking weird.

There was a dude from Russia who was also really weird, but I think he is a good citizen.
